Library project for Uganda Youth Aid Nursery and Primary School

One of the projects undertaken last year under the BELEP project was the provision of reading books that were meant to promote the reading and writing culture. To improve the use of these books.

RC Nakawa has been able to renovate space by doing floor work, ceiling work as well as providing lighting for the library. There were painting works too for this library facility

We were glad that District Governor Edward Kakembo Nsubuga, Assistant Governor Rotarian Priscilla Nakiboneka, Hope Creator Presidents, and other district officials as well as other members of the school administration as well as pupils from the school were able to come and be part of the occasion as this facility was being handed over to Uganda Youth Aid Nursery and Primary School. The club also had the chance to talk to the School Director who shared the school’s journey from 20 pupils to the current 700 pupils
